William Byer joins TrueCoverage with over 26 years of insurance experience in Property & Casualty and Life & Health. William has an extensive background in several risk types in commercial industry exposures. He specializes in large and complicated insurance placement risks. William will apply his leadership skills and knowledge of the insurance industry to help our team members continue to excel in protecting the assets of our insureds while continuing to build strong foundational trust with our employees, carriers, and clients. In his spare time, William enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons camping, fishing, traveling, and chasing his son Ryan’s hot air balloon, Helluva View, all around the city and during the annual Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta.

Daniel Pino has over 17 years of insurance experience as an insurance agency owner before joining TrueCoverage. Daniel plans to share his insight into the Insurance Industry not only with our agents but with our clients as well. Daniel will use his industry knowledge to help our agents navigate the many carriers we represent and find our clients the best solutions to fit their insurance needs. Building a strong foundation of trust within our client relationships is a focal point of his within our agency. Daniel lives in New Mexico with his wife and two college-aged children. Daniel enjoys Church, Family, and the outdoors in his spare time.

Edward Wanek joins TrueCoverage with over 5 years of experience as a Property & Casualty agent. Eddie joined the insurance world after 26 years in the food and beverage industry because he is passionate about helping individuals, families, and businesses protect the assets they have worked so hard to reach. In his spare time, Eddie enjoys spending time with his wife, 5 children, and 3 grandchildren he absolutely adores. No matter how busy his schedule, Eddie can always make time for another passion as a volunteer umpire for Little League Baseball.

Michelle Baca joined TrueCoverage as an Account Representative. She worked with Daniel Pino for 2 years at his past agency before working in health care for a brief time. Michelle has a passion for helping others and returned to the insurance world, realizing how much she enjoyed our industry. Michelle recently received his Property & Casualty license and is excited about the future for her here at TruecCoverage. Michelle is a team player and enjoys working and learning more about insurance from her co-workers while providing great customer service to our clients. Michelle is a native of Albuquerque, NM, where she spends her spare time with her 3 children, 6 grandkids, 3 dogs, and a sugar glider. She adores spending time with them as they keep her busy.
